Hi! My name is Natasha J. K. Silva, R(S) and I am a Real Estate Agent at Ah Chong Realty, LLC. I graduated from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa with a Bachelors Degree in Entrepreneurship. I have been around the Real Estate business for over ten years, listening to my dad, who is now my Principal Broker, speaking with clients, getting dragged around to showings and taking pictures for his listed properties. It was not something that was interesting to me or enjoyable as a young girl. However, this exposure allowed me to realize during my third year at college that this was the business I wanted to pursue as well. It’s a blessing to work alongside my dad, Darren M. Ah Chong, P(B) and my husband, Kana Silva, R(S), and be able to learn and grow with them everyday.
As a Realtor I will represent you, if you so choose to be my client, to the best of my ability. I exude confidence, respect, trust, confidentiality, and will honor my fiduciary duty to you. I am always striving to be as knowledgeable as possible and therefore am in the process of obtaining my CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations. I am currently a member of the National Board of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors and Hawaii Island Realtors. Being a member holds me to a higher standard of professionalism and ethics, which I will carry with me into my business practices. I am personable and easy to get along with, passionate about my career, work hard in everything I do, and solve problems with ease.
In my spare time, I love to shop, travel, watch movies with my husband, and spend quality time with my family. I guess I would have to enjoy spending all this time with my family; after all, our business is a family affair!
